On the Podium in Silicon Valley: Auddy Takes 2nd Place at Prestigious Venture Forum Pitch Competition

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

In conversation with Co-Founder/CEO of Auddy Andrew Craissati

Q: Tell us about the Venture Forum – what was the event all about?
Absolutely. In March, I had the opportunity to represent Auddy at the Silicon Valley Venture Forum’s pitch competition. This event brought together 50 invited companies from across the globe, all pitching their businesses to a panel of local venture capitalists in Northern California. Each company had just 4 to 8 minutes to make their case—so, high stakes and high energy!

Q: That sounds intense. How did Auddy perform?
It was intense—but also incredibly exciting. We were judged 2nd overall, placing us on the podium in the top 3! The winner was The Virtual Gurus, presented by the brilliant Bobbie Racette. It was an honor to be in such good company.

Q: What made Auddy stand out among the other competitors?
What’s particularly special is that Auddy was the only British company selected—and we were also the only representative from the audio industry. It was great to bring a bit of the UK to Silicon Valley and to shine a light on the innovation happening in audio right now.

Q: What’s next after this achievement?
The experience itself was fantastic, not just for the exposure but for the conversations it has sparked since. We’ve connected with some very interesting people as a result—investors, collaborators, and others who are just as excited about the future of audio as we are.

Q: Any final thoughts?
I’m incredibly proud of how Auddy showed up in this competition and grateful to the Venture Forum for the invitation. It’s experiences like this that show how far we’ve come—and hint at just how much farther we can go.
